• Subscriptions automatically renew, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period.
• We reserve the right to modify the prices of our subscriptions. Any price changes will be notified to you in advance.

Winizi provides sports predictions for informational purposes only. By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Our predictions are based on AI algorithms and statistical analyses, but do not guarantee any results.
• Sports betting carries financial risks and can lead to losses.
• You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and their consequences.
• We are not responsible for any financial losses you may incur by following our predictions.
• You must comply with local sports betting laws and regulations.

We encourage responsible sports betting practices and recommend never betting more than you can afford to lose.

All intellectual property rights related to our Services, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, logos, designs, texts, graphics, software, algorithms and source code, are the exclusive property of Winizi or its licensees.

You cannot:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent a part of our Services or the content included therein.
• Proceed to reverse engineering or attempt to extract the source code of our software.
• Use our Services in a way that could damage, disable, overload or alter our systems.
• Use robots, spiders or other automated means to access our Services.

You retain all intellectual property rights on this content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works, display and execute this content in the context of our Services.

You agree to not publish content that:

• Is illegal, defamatory, obscene, offensive, threatening, abusive, invasive of the privacy of others, hateful, or objectionable on racial or ethnic grounds.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Winizi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether or not such damages are foreseeable, and even if Winizi has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Winizi in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or 100 euros if you have not paid for our Services.

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of our Services immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you violate these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your profile settings.

Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, provisions regarding intellectual property, warranties, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is significant, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect.

By continuing to access or use our Services after the revisions take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using our Services.
